Greenup County High School junior, Savannah Grady, has been accepted to the Governor’s School for the Arts. Each summer, over 200 of Kentucky’s most talented and creative high school students are invited to grow and learn together at the Governors School for the Arts summer residence program at the University of Kentucky. This year, over 1,300 students applied for this great honor.
GSA recognizes Kentucky’s next generation of young artists. span class="x_ContentPasted0"> Savannah was chosen for the program for her outstanding work in the field of musical theatre.
Graduates of the program are eligible for a host of scholarships and educational opportunities in all fields of study. Savannah plans to major in musical theatre after graduating from GCHS.
