Get help creating your FAFSA account from our KHEEA representative, visit with local colleges, technical centers, and armed forces recruiters, and speak with our Herff Jones representative about ordering graduation products (caps & gowns, announcements, class rings, etc.)

Come out and see performances from our Musketeer actors and musicians, demonstrations from our GCATC programs, and project based learning in full swing. Senior awards will include the presentation of graduation cords/stoles/medals, academic award certificates, Superintendent Scholar recognition, a signing ceremony for students entering Unions, as well as recognition for various achievements.
Underclassmen awards will include the presentation of academic award certificates and Superintendent Scholar recognition.

This is a message from Greenup County High School. GCHS just completed a lockdown drill with the assistance of our Greenup County Schools Police Chief, Phil Kearns. The drill was successfully completed as outlined in our school emergency management response plan. Again, this was only a drill. The annual Evening with the Arts event will take place April 27 at 4:30 at GCHS. Prior to this event, at 4:00, we are hosting a community informative session on the requirements of being nominated and elected to the GCHS Site Based Decision Making Council. We want to ensure that our parents have all the information necessary to be part of the GCHS SBDM council and to make it successful for the school and community. Parents or guardians of current 8th grade through 11th grade students are eligible to nominate and be nominated for these positions. Congratulations to Ava Dupuy for her acceptance into the McConnell Center's Young Leaders Academy!
The YLA is a four day program held at the University of Louisville. This year's academy theme is "Revisiting American Constitutionalism". During those four days, Ava will attend sessions led by UofL faculty and students, as well as experts in the field of the American founding.
The McConnell Center works to provide programs that will enhance students' civic education. We cannot wait to hear about Ava's experiences this summer!

Congratulations to Thea Rice who was selected as one of 50 rising high school seniors across Kentucky and the nation to participate in The Henry Clay Center's High School Student Congress on UK's campus June 12th-16th.
The High School Student Congress is an immersive high school summer program for students interested in politics, leadership and public policy. Fifty rising high school seniors are selected to attend the weeklong academic summer program. Throughout the High School Student Congress, participants focus on different dimensions of politics and public policy through an intensive curriculum. In addition, students engage with lawmakers, local officials, community leaders and others to explore the challenges of leadership in public policy. #BelieveInGC
If you have a student that is interested in taking dual credit courses next school year, make plans to attend the dual credit informational meeting tomorrow. Mrs. LeMaster will be on hand to discuss the ins and outs of taking dual credit courses and help students and their families navigate this process. #BelieveInGC
