SIXTH-GRADE ELA Students in Mrs. Long's sixth-grade English classes have been writing pen pal letters to students near Seattle, Washington. This is their second set of letters of the year, and they received lots of fun items in their envelopes, including bookmarks and Christmas cards. One student received a friendship bracelet and another received a Pokémon card. How cool is this opportunity?!

COLLEAGUE CREDIT Ms. Katie Williams shares that our principals never stop! They've taken the "YES!" approach to heart this year. She shares that it is especially fun to see them serving hotdogs and nachos in the basketball concession stand this year, working each game while also managing all of the other logistics. They always roll their sleeves up and jump right in to tackle any challenge!
